I'm down 3.4 pounds so that's good. Ya know, for a week and a day. Especially considering as I'm barely altering my eating style. Look..I enjoy food, there's no denying it. I love cooking it, smelling it, watching the faces of the people enjoying what I've prepared..I love food. I love the feelings that can be associated with a certain meal and how memories can be conjured up with a bite. A bite and a smile. I do. If that's a crime, I'm sorry. So because I love it..I work out harder.

Tonight for dinner I made Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze (I only ate half of a fillet because of the calories)..from and it was mighty tasty. Now, I'm not a big fish person. At all. At *ALL* (like tonight was my first time cooking it. Seriously.)..but my husband is and so I thought I'd try a couple of new recipes featuring salmon because at least I've been able to tolerate that in the past. I can be a good sport in the name of love sometimes.

You made salmon! I remember making salmon for you when I was there after Maddox was born. Yummy. I LOVE salmon. And it's so incredibly good for you. So. . .

Oooh, I think I've made that same salmon! Somehow it looks better when you make it. Maybe it's the bright green beans.
