I think I might need to start separating the boys when they eat. Calix seems to torture Maddox. They used to sit next to one another..but then Calix got moved to the other side of the table and they were fine for a couple of days. But, I mean, it's breakfast right now so it's not like they had a full day of Calix chasing Maddox around like a dinosaur like he loves to do (ugghhhh). No, he's just mostly looking at Maddox and in return Maddox is shrieking because 'stop looking at me!!!!'.
Ya know, if you're not ready to get up..don't. Please. Save your poor mother the morning anguish. Everyone..sleep in! Wouldn't that be nice? I also don't think it's too much to ask for a dark stormy morning that confuses the boys and makes them think it's still night time so they sleep in. I miss that about the mainland. I guess thunder and lightning only happens about once or twice a year here.
I'll be waiting.

It gets better. My kids have always been early risers and I used to dread it. Now that they can get up and do things for themselves, it doesn't bother me at all. In the meantime, try hanging a thick blanket or a dark colored sheet over their window to keep the light from getting in first thing in the morning...maybe that will help a little.
Abidoo!
Our little maniacs used to drive me crazy with their constant bickering and teasing, but you'll find that eventually your mind becomes numb, and your senses stop working, and your feelings die, and then everything is happy, happy all the time. Something to look forward to. I love you and yours.

Ah yes, the fabulous sibling relationships! Starting in full swing, it sounds like. Hold on to your horses! Wait till they're teenagers and can actually inflict serious bodily harm! ;)
