8 Days!

This morning a woman came over to look through our house at *everything* to determine how many boxes she'll need to let the moves know to bring on Monday (for unaccompanied baggage) and Tuesday (for the actual household goods..uhh..everything else). We went through every room and in every room..every closet. Orion estimated originally that we'd have something like 5,500 pounds worth of stuff..and from what she wrote down and all of that..we're at 5,800 pounds..300 off isn't bad at all. I was all "...do we win a prize?". She kept commenting on how she oh so loves the way I've decorated and "oh my gosh, you have the prettiest furniture!" thanks. I'm not nearly done yet..but it's a start. She was all gushy over the babies and on the way out, she came back in to tell me how sweet I am. Aww..thanks.

I took a pregnancy test this morning because (Because I *always* test up) I've been feeling nauseous and what not these past few days. I'm going to wait until the 8th or so to take another one because though there was a second line..it was pretty light. The test I took to find out I was pregnant with Calix was light too..but I'm waiting just one more week to take another. If I am indeed pregs..it'll be nice to see a darker line. That's all I want..just a darker line. I think I will also officially be the girl that gets pregnant the quickest. But..let's not count our chickens before they hatch (har har).

"what's you make a lookin at, Willis??" The sun was in his eyes..but geezeee he looks mean with that lil tummy! :)

"this is me's dad! Ooo a stick!"

"I's got a big boy haircut and a dump truck on me's shirt. Does you like it?"

He's so into discovering everything! Oh, Calix likes it too. Hehehe

My happy guy!

...so I didn't straighten my hair today..don't mind the frizz. Spinning with mama is always a good time. Weeeeee!!!!

Orion is officially on leave until the 10th..so he'll be home until *early* Monday morning when he drives our car to Saint Louis and then hops a flight back home where he'll rent a car and then finally pick up the benches to our dining room table (yay for being able to have guests over for dinner now! Err..in Hawaii in a month!) while I'm home dealing with the kids and the people packing the unaccompanied stuff. And then we head out to the hotel. I figure it'll be easier staying in a hotel so we're not totally in the way of packing and moving and creating more messes for me to clean up. I may or may not be around on Tuesday for the packing and moving mainly because of the babies and naps and blahhh. But..we'll see. The computer goes away Monday morning and until I get down to the business center and all of that..I won't be posting. There probably won't even be pictures until August when we have it back..unless I can figure out how to upload pictures from my phone onto Blogger. I can still check my e-mail and respond..and I can also read blogs and comment from my phone..so I won't be TOO far away.

I've been super busy scrubbing down every surface and wall and appliance (ohhh my poor freshly manicured nails! I swear my hand was stuck in the shape of a dwindling SOS pad for at least 30 minutes after I got done with the oven yesterday) so when I leave the house on Monday, it'll mostly just be a wipe up, sweep up and go thing instead of heavy duty cleaning..because who wants to do all of that at once? Not me. The oven is the cleanest it's ever ever been..probably cleaner than it was when we moved in...so I've been threatening anyone (Orion.) who tries to use it. Back off, buddy! Hehehe..it's all pretty silly stuff though.

It all sounds so busy and so exhausting. I hate moving. The limbo in the middle is so hard with kids. I had that for a while in UT, with all my stuff in storage and no place to live. Ugh.

Hey, a second line is a second line, no matter how faint, my dear. Let me be the first to say congratulations!

You don't have to do the packing. You don't have to do the packing. You don't have to do the packing. You don't ...

Just hold that thought. It's an adventure and soon you'll be in your new home!

You're quite the woman for being able to wait a whole week before testing again! My first test had a super faint line, and I couldn't get to the store fast enough to buy a digital. Sure enough, it came up Pregnant within a minute. Don't make us wait! Test again today! hahaha

Oh, and since you'll be MIA for a while, can I have your email address? Ya know, because I may need to ask you a million questions about what the heck is going on in my body. Well that and I'm going to miss reading up on you every day.

There's excitement going on all around, and I'm soooo happy for y'all! Hawaii is going to be awesome! Love ya! xoxo
