Cooking with the Dubs 101

Family..family..listen up. Are you listening? I just made the best panzarotti I've made in my *entire* life (and that's saying a lot because I've been making them since I was about 10. Maybe 9. Woo..child safety!)

Listen..so..a quick better crust goes like this: Get a tube of Pillsbury French bread..roll it out. Of course cut it into a few rectangles..I think you can make like 3 huge panzarottis with one tube. Fill them with your favorite marinara and cheeses and other stuffings of your likings..seal closed with a fork or whatever other fancy gizmo you have..if you have one...throw (no..place gently) them into the deep fryer (or a sauce pan of hot oil..)..wait for them to brown..flip..take out and drain on towels..and BAM! Deliciousness.

It's not the prettiest because of the way I dropped it in (it kinda stuck to my hand a lil bit haha)..but man oh mannnnnnn they're gooooooooodddddddddd MMM!

That looks so good! How I miss the panzarottis! I also remember you making them when we came to visit with baby Lyndsay. You've perfected the art now. Your lucky family!

Josiah would love one I'm sure! Speaking of things he'd like...you guys should take the "scenic" route on your way to AZ and pick up a cheesesteak for him. :) I bet he'd agree to let you be his best friend!
