Saunders Springs

We went on a picnic at Saunders Springs Nature Preserve. I finally got to make the black bean and corn salad..we also brought along some sushi and Calix. It was just what we needed..a beautiful day..a blanket..and our family. We're thinking about attempting a picnic there every Sunday seeings as it's literally a block away from us.
Anyway..here are some of the pictures from our picnic:















Tomorrow, the plan is to go to the zoo. I've already called Nightshade..and left her a message because she didn't pick up. I hope she calls back before we leave in the morning. We'll see.
Tuesday's plan, so far, is to drop Calix off with grams. Orion and I will then head out to Diamond Caverns (this is one of the caves we kinda can't bring Calix to) and when we get back, get grams, gramps, and Calix and head out to see the fireworks. We'll see how that actually works out, though.
