So Jenna came up with this thing to keep all of the cousins in contact and to learn about one another so that when we do get together it's not introductions and awkwardness for the first half of the visit. They need to feel like they know one another. Anyway. So she wanted pictures of each child to put into a game of sorts for memory. Listen, I was at the gates when I read that e-mail..too sick to make sense of anything, really. Delirious, I was.

So I went to go take some recent pictures of the boys. I..I don't know why they looked so grumpy..but this is what happened:

We'll have to try again another day. A happier day.

In other news, since I haven't posted in a very long time, I got my hair cut..again. BUT, it wasn't me who did it. The salon around the block from my house did. I was hesitant about going there because dude, it's this little military salon attached to the shoppette..surely they won't be great, right? But the prices were that of a decent cut at other places..and it IS just hair, afterall..sure, let's give it a whirl (because how awesome to be able to walk to the salon and not break a sweat). So I picked out this cute little cut from one of the magazines she had laying around..and then she seriously tried to talk me into the Kate Gosselin cut and I was all "nooo!!!" because..no. Absolutely not. But I like what turned out:

And I lightened it like.. a shade or two. But you probably wouldn't be able to tell unless you saw me every flipping day of the week..and it would need to be under the lights or out in the sunshine. But that's okay. At least all of the greys are gone/blended in. And I'll just wait till I go back and have them lighten my hair to a lovely shade of blonde with highlights and whatever else. I don't know. I'm not a stylist.

Anyway, I have a doctor's appointment today for my left foot. I finally gave in and made an appointment. I've been on the treadmill walking and running (oh MAN it feels so good to run! It feels so much better without the extra 30 pounds, too!) lately..and well, my left foot SUFFERS the rest of the day. I barely made it while out grocery shopping the other night. It was just *bad*. So I called. Hopefully they'll be able to do something for it today. It sure would be nice to walk without limping again.
