Last night for dessert, I made trifle. Listen, I love trifle. I adore the tried and true classic from my childhood..but you know how I can be with experimenting. Let's try something trifley but..different. Chocolate. Yes..chocolate sounds nice. Chocolate Trifle! Yes!

We don't need a huge vat of it lying around..so I made a single serving (saved the leftover making parts for another day) and Orion and I shared it..and didn't even finish it. It's in the fridge. It's super delicious..but extra rich. I think if I were to do it again, I wouldn't add the sweetened condensed milk part..but just use regular ol chocolate pudding made the classic by box way or whatever..and I'd probably make homemade whipped cream. This recipe has a bunch of awesome reviews..and while it's good..it's definitely good..I'd make those couple of changes to make it better. But that's just me.

I mean, there's not a whole lot of negative that can be said about brownies, pudding, and whipped cream. Mmm mmm mmm, Clark.

I don't want to read about brownies, pudding and potty training in the same blog post.

That looks totally amazing!

Seems a little short on fruit, though. Sliced bananas? And strawberries?
