I pulled down the ol picnic basket from atop the fridge..filled it with sandwiches, crackers, and apples..grabbed the big blanket from the closet and after Alana was picked up from school..we all headed out. It was a little chillier by then..but by golly, we were going to have a picnic!
Sammiches are AWESOME! (he pretty much thinks all food is awesome though. Lemme tell ya how strange it is to have a kid who *loves* food..)
I believe he had a juice and a couple of bites of an apple. Maddox stole part of his sandwich.

It got pretty chilly so we all headed indoors where it became The Napping House..where everyone is sleeping (minus moms, of course).

So fun! I love that you have a picnic basket. I never did. Now, I don't know if they make them big enough!
How FUN! Picnics are always a good time! Rylie has requested picnics many times during her life. I never had a basket either, and always wanted one! I should go and splurge!!
Hmmm .... no picnic baskets ..... hmmmmm. Do you guys know how many times I've thought of that and then rejected the idea?
